Pearlie Mae Wilson-Hall was a beloved individual whose life was marked by her devotion to faith, family, community service. Born May 5,1952, in Union Springs, Alabama to Nettie and Eugene Wilson Jr., Pearlie was the third child of the loving Wilson family. A graduate of A.H Parker High School and Lawson State Community College, she pursued studies in hospitality, which perfectly aligned with her passion for serving others.
Pearlie's faith played a central role in her life; she was a devoted member of Greater Temple Missionary Baptist Church, where she contributed to various ministries and activities, leaving a lasting impact on her church family. Pearlie's life was refined by her marriage to Napoleon Hall, with whom she had two children.
She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as cheering for her grandchildren in their activities and watching Auburn Tigers games with her son. Her love for animals and flowers added to her vibrant personality. Her memory will continue to be cherished by all who knew her, reflecting a life well lived, full of faith, love, and service.
She is preceded in death by her parents Nettie and Eugene Wilson Jr., brothers Robert, James, and Donell. A nephew Jekovan Rhetta, a special father Curoy Kittler, and her best friend Valera Parks-Carr.
Pearlie leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness embodied by her loving and devoted son Napoleon (Stephanie) Hall, a daughter Knikera (Kenneth)King of Birmingham, Al.; ten grandchildren: Zakiyah, Ke'Lenietta, Napoleon, Kamyah, Charles, Jos'Lem, Nasir, Naji, Kevin and Kennedi; two great grandchildren: Jaz'Lyn and A'lani; five sisters: Dora Johnson, Mildred (Danny) Kidd, Gloria (James)Davenport, all of Birmingham, Al, Juanita Hughes of Anderson, Indiana. Katie (Dwayne) Giles of San Antonio, Texas; also a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends; and a special friend, Jeremiah Pearson.
